Refund & Return Policy – Silk & Satin Weaves

  1. Eligibility for Returns – We accept returns/exchanges only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. Returns for reasons such as change of mind or dislike of the product will not be accepted.
  2. Return Request Window – Customers must initiate a return request within 48 hours of delivery by emailing us at silkandsatinweaves@gmail.com with order details and supporting images.
  3. Condition of Returned Items – The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact. Items that do not meet these conditions will not be eligible for return.
  4. Exchange Policy – If a replacement is available, we will process an exchange for defective or incorrect items. If not, a refund will be issued.
  5. Refund Process – Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  6. Non-Returnable Items – Customized products, sale items, and gift cards are not eligible for return or refund.
  7. Return Shipping – Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (wrong/damaged item).
  8. Cancellation Policy – Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of placement. Once processed, cancellations are not allowed.
