Refund & Return Policy – Silk & Satin Weaves
- Eligibility for Returns – We accept returns/exchanges only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. Returns for reasons such as change of mind or dislike of the product will not be accepted.
- Return Request Window – Customers must initiate a return request within 48 hours of delivery by emailing us at silkandsatinweaves@gmail.com with order details and supporting images.
- Condition of Returned Items – The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact. Items that do not meet these conditions will not be eligible for return.
- Exchange Policy – If a replacement is available, we will process an exchange for defective or incorrect items. If not, a refund will be issued.
- Refund Process – Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Non-Returnable Items – Customized products, sale items, and gift cards are not eligible for return or refund.
- Return Shipping – Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (wrong/damaged item).
- Cancellation Policy – Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of placement. Once processed, cancellations are not allowed.
